Managing a Multigenerational Workforce
Thursday, September 19, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM
Today’s workforce is truly multigenerational, likely to have four if not five different generations across an organization. This creates challenges in communication, work practices, and expectations, but it also creates significant opportunities, as different generations bring a variety of experiences and diverse skills. In this session we’ll explore the dynamics of the contemporary workforce and strategies for blending the talents and abilities to optimize productivity and collaboration. Discussions will be based on real-life examples and challenges shared (anonymously) by participants.
